Hotel Rebecca

Seventeen hotel rooms and a brasserie

The seventeen hotel rooms are furnished in a simple but charming way. You’ll sleep wonderfully on the beds and the nights are dark and quiet. In the morning, you can gently wake up at a table with fresh bread rolls, homemade jam, muesli and an delicious cup of good Puro coffee.

The brasserie with the kitchen brigade Michel Arends and Leon van Sambeek remained themselves despite the high scores in several lists. Sommelier and host Steven serves with modest laughter dishes and wines that keep pace with the seasons.

A warm welcome to Hotel Brasserie Rebecca in the Texel village, De Waal.

GOOD FOOD

With respect for the classical style of cooking but also small trips to the Asian and South American cuisine. Moving along with the seasons. The kitchen brigade Leon Van Sambeek/Michel Arends and sommelier Steven Pietersma know exactly what a casual evening of dining involves.
